Most dissatisfaction issues can be avoided by reading the item description. In my experience most negative (3 stars or less) are given because the customer did not read the description and received something different than what they expected. I welcome the chance to resolve the situation to your satisfaction. If you have any issues with your purchase, please contact me before leaving negative feedback. In the case of handmade items or custom orders returns are not accepted. For un-embellished supply flowers refunds will be gladly given if the product is returned undamaged.
